Our guided tours offer a 1.5-hour experience through the S.K. Pierce Mansion. The first hour features a detailed, guided exploration of the home's history and architecture, followed by an additional half-hour for you to roam at your own pace, take photographs, and ask questions.

The mansion is accessible to all event guests until 10:00 a.m. the following morning.
Guests are free to roam all three floors, from the basement to the tower. Please respect those who do not want others in their assigned room for investigating. -
Capacity: This is an open event with a maximum capacity of 16 people.
Room Details: We have 5 rooms with full beds, 2 rooms with single beds, and 1 room with one full bed and three single beds.
Room Assignment: Rooms will be assigned by the luck of the draw based on the number of tickets purchased. If you are part of a larger group, please let us know in advance.
Note for Guests: You are welcome to bring an air mattress, cot, or sleeping bag if you prefer to sleep in an area without a bed.
Kitchen: A refrigerator is at your disposal for any food or beverages you bring

NO drugs or alcohol will be allowed inside of the mansion. People found in violation will be asked to leave without a refund.

Duration: Check-in is 6:00 p.m. and check-out is 9:00 a.m. the following morning.
Arrival: You'll be greeted by a guide/owner who will provide essential safety instructions.
Exploration: The mansion is all yours for the night! Feel free to roam all floors, from the basement to the tower. -
Capacity: The mansion maxes out at 16 guests. It offers and provides bedding for 16 people.
Kitchen Access: A full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator is at your disposal for any food or beverages you bring.

Supervision Requirement: A person 21 years of age or older must be present on the property at all times throughout the entire booking.
Security: A card is required to stay on file for the booking. This card will be deleted within 24 hours of check-out following inspection of the property.
Prohibited Items: Absolutely NO drugs, alcohol, or tobacco are allowed inside the house. Guests found in violation will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Refund Policy: Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. If need to rescheduled this will be allowed 7 days prior to booking.
House Rules: The house must be left clean and in the condition it was found.
The renter is responsible for and must pay for anything broken during the stay.
